Order Cancellation

In most cases an order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already shipped or been manufactured we may not be able to cancel the order. In this case you will need to process a return in order to receive a refund. To cancel an order simply contact us within 24 hours of the time you placed your order. e-mail is the preferred method of order cancellation. After we receive your notice of cancellation we will investigate the issue and get back with you on whether or not we were successful in cancelling the order.
