What To Expect When Placing An Order

PLACE YOUR ORDER -
You will be placing your order in our secure checkout center which is encrypted for your protection.
To ensure the safety of your financial information we will NEVER print out your credit card information.
It is entered by you and you only and will not be entered again unless you are contacted first.


CONFIRMATION -
Once you place your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email confirming your order has been placed. If you do not receive your order confirmation check your "Spam" or "Junk" mail first then contact us at touchdown@stadiumcraze.com if you still have not located it.


ORDER REVIEW -
We review your order to ensure correct delivery addresses as well as check for potential fraud.


TRACKING NUMBER -
Processing times (time before shipment) for all items are located directly above the price on that item's description page. Once the item is ready for shipment your order is marked as shipped and the tracking number will be sent to the email address on file. If you ordered more than one item they may ship seperately and at different times. In this case you will receive seperate tracking numbers for each item once that respective item is shipped.


DELIVERY -
Your satisfaction is VITAL to the success of our business. You will not be given the run around if you receive something other than what you expected, or if it is damaged, or you just aren't happy with it. Our delivery defect rate (damaged or incorrect items) is less than 1%. If an issue does arise you can be certain that we will act swiftly to correct the issue.
